To list your property with Marbella Properties, simply get in touch with our experienced team of real estate professionals. We will guide you through the listing process, gather necessary information, and help you prepare your property for sale.

The reservation deposit can vary depending on the size of the property and its selling price. You will usually be expected to pay a minimum of 6,000€.
It is ultimately your choice whether you wish to list exclusively with one agency or prefer to list directly with multiple agents. Our recommendation, of course, is for you to list your property exclusively, as then we can dedicate our full efforts to marketing your property to both clients and collaborators. For you, there is also the advantage of only having one place to contact.
Presentation and flexibility on viewings can significantly assist in selling your property. Keep your property clean and clutter-free, maintain neutral decor, and be flexible with allowing viewings, as some buyers may want to see the property on short notice.
The answer to this question varies widely. Some people find their dream property after viewing just one, while others may need to see multiple properties before deciding. We recommend viewing properties until you have a clear idea of what you’re looking for.
To make a purchase offer on a property, you can contact your estate agent in whichever way you prefer. Some prefer to make a written offer by email, while others may opt for phone or even Whatsapp.
If the built-up equity in your current home will be applied to the down payment on the new home, naturally, the former will need to be sold first. However, some buyers decide to turn their current home into an investment property, renting it out.
Firstly, you will need to choose your preferred estate agency to list your property with. It is essential to feel confident and comfortable with the agency you choose, as you are likely to be in regular contact with them.
The Sales Agents will be responsible for bringing prospective clients and collaborating agents to your home. The Marketing team will create content for your property, and The Administration team will handle listing, sharing, and arranging viewings.
We recommend allowing 10% of the agreed purchase price to cover all buying fees and taxes, with an additional 2% if obtaining a mortgage. The costs generally include Transfer Tax, Notary and Land Registry fees, Lawyer’s fees, and Mortgage fees.
Estate agencies in Costa del Sol collaborate on the majority of property viewings and purchases. Rather than visiting multiple offices and repeating specifications, we recommend researching the agency you’d like to guide you on purchasing your dream property.
